Dietary supplement with a balanced mix of probiotics, prebiotic and B-vitamins. Each dose (2 capsules) contains 10 billion live lactic acid bacteria.

How much and how

2 capsules per day after meals. For those with difficulty in swallowing, the capsules can be opened and the contents dissolved in water or other liquids (not fizzy or alcoholic).
